If you no longer wish to use the BRET app, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
How to delete your account:
- Open the BRET app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
Your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
What data will be deleted:
- Your account information (name, email, profile)
- Exercise history
- Custom breathing settings and preferences
What data may be temporarily retained:
- Anonymous technical logs (retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting)
- Payment records, if applicable (retained for up to 180 days as required by law)
